The major health care facility which serves Town residents is the NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, located within the Town on Route 202. This facility provides both acute and ambulatory care. In addition, the current expansion will upgrade the hospital center to a Trauma II facility. Cortlandt is also served by STAT FLIGHT helicopter transport to the Westchester County Medical Center.

Nursing homes in our area include Cortlandt Healthcare, North Westchester Restorative Therapy & Nursing Center, Bethel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Sky View Rehabilitation and Health Care. Springvale is a major housing development for Seniors located in Crugers.
